Template for Jenkins Upload scripts?

Summary

Hi, is there a template or instruction for shell scripts to upload the result of a Jenkins build to download.eclipse.org?

Similar to projects like

• WindowBuilder: https://ci.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/job/upload/
• STEM: https://ci.eclipse.org/stem/job/STEM4TychoRelease/

Impact

New releases of Eclipse UOMo can only be deployed to the download site with such a script in place.
