I removed that branch protection rule for master branches only. Also, we don't have access to https://github.com/lukasj/jaxb-fi

Just a reminder, some time ago Ivar Grimstad sent a message to the mailing list asking to enable self-service for the jakartaee and ee4j projects on GitHub. With that enabled you could request that quite easily yourself.

it shows the number of required approvals which has been set to 0.

If you wanna suggest changes to the configuration, fork the repo and create a PR. An automatic workflow will validate the changes and display them in a diff like view. Once approved and merged, the changes will be applied live by us.
