Create matrix space for automotive.tractusx

Summary

Please create a chat space for automotive.tractusx (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/automotive.tractusx) and migrate all "Eclipse Tractus-X..." rooms into that space.

I would like to get rid of the 'Eclipse' prefix from the channels. I would even go so far and get rid of Eclipse Tractus-x from all channels and only keep the 'Tractus-x' on the main channel.

Based on a discussion, we also want to make sure to get rid of the tools prefix as this was done by misstake.
