Submission of "dart_wot" to Eclipse Thingweb via Repository Transfer

Dear Eclipse Team,

I would like to request the transfer of the GitHub repository dart_wot as a submission to Eclipse Thingweb. The project is modeled after node-wot, the primary component of Eclipse Thingweb, and provides a similar API for applications written in the Dart programming language, e.g. cross-platform apps using the Flutter framework.

At the moment, the repository resides in the GitHub organization of a project at my University I have been a part of. The sole other contributor to dart_wot from the project team already gave me permission to contribute the code to Eclipse Thingweb. I would be grateful for your guidance to make the transfer as smooth as possible and to meet the necessary legal requirements.

The submission of dart_wot has been discussed with (and has been approved by) the new Thingweb project leads @ekorkan and @caguzzi as well as other Thingweb committers during our weekly meeting.
