[Eclipse Xtext] Itemis AG Membership Termination and Request for New CBI Sponsor

Summary

This issue to inform you about an important update regarding the membership of Itemis AG at eclipse foundation and the impact on the xtext project. As of 2023-07-05, Itemis AG's membership has ended, which includes their contribution to the resource pack of the CBI project and the specific resource pack allocated to the xtend project.

With the termination of Itemis AG's membership, it is now crucial to find a new sponsor to ensure the continued development and success of the xtext project. We kindly request you in seeking for a new sponsor who can provide a new resource pack in replacement.

For the moment, and even if the contribution date has already passed, we will leave the resource in place until the end of the month 2023-07-31. After that dead line, it will be removed from jenkins instance reducing the number of 2 to 1.
