Add Maven 3.9.2 to Jenkins instances

Summary

Maven 3.9.2 has been added to all Jenkins instances: => /opt/tools/apache-maven/3.9.2

Please note that /opt/tools/apache-maven/latest is still pointing to Maven 3.9.1 and will be updated on Tuesday, July 25, if no regressions are reported.
