ECA Validation jobs have started failing for me
Summary
All of a sudden, the ECA validation job has started failing for me.
Steps to reproduce
Just trying the revalidate on this job returns of the error: https://accounts.eclipse.org/legal/eca/validation/138432
What is the current bug behavior?
The job fails with the following error message: Could not validate the users ECA sign-off status. Please ensure that the e-mail address of all contributing accounts match a valid Eclipse Foundation account with a valid ECA.
There is also an X mark against "Eclipse Foundation Specification Project: "
What is the expected correct behavior?
The validation should succeed and job should pass as I can see a valid ECA for my email.
