Set up website for Sprotty

The Sprotty project team would like to create an external website to use as community portal with focus on documentation. Please register sprotty.org and optionally also sprotty.net and sprotty.dev with redirects to sprotty.org. Additionally, please create a repository http://github.com/eclipse/sprotty-website that we can use for the website code.

Question: What infrastructure can the Foundation offer to host a static website? TypeFox would offer to use their Netlify hosting for Sprotty, but we'd favor Foundation infrastructure if it's available.
