Repository PAT for rdf4j project to use actions/add-to-github-projects

Summary

Could an organisational PAT named ADD_TO_PROJECT_PAT, with repo and project access rights, please be added to the secrets of the RDF4J github repo? We will be using this to drive a Github action (see https://github.com/marketplace/actions/add-to-github-projects#creating-a-pat-and-adding-it-to-your-repository) to automatically keep our project board up to date.
