Migrate Eclipse Virgo project to GitHub

Motivated by a face-to-face meeting in Ludwigsburg the Eclipse Virgo project would like to restart its development on GitHub.

If we understand the process correctly we would need an organisation at GitHub. Could you migrate the following two repositories?

• https://git.eclipse.org/r/virgo/org.eclipse.virgo.root.git
• https://git.eclipse.org/r/virgo/org.eclipse.virgo.ide.git
• https://git.eclipse.org/r/virgo/org.eclipse.virgo.bundlor.git (We also need some updates in the tool to generate our OSGi metadata)
