[temurin-compliance] Decommissioning of old Marist s390x systems
Summary
As referenced in #2172 (comment 1036076) we have set up new machines for linux/s390x work to replace the old ones. The new ones now seem to be functioning correctly, so we need to decommission the old ones. I will handle letting Marist know that we are no longer using them, but they should be removed completely from jenkins and the inventory files to avoid any confusion.
Machines are:
- jck-marist-rhel7-s390x-1
- jck-marist-ubuntu2004-s390x-1
- jck-marist-ubuntu2004-s390x-2

Impact
(What is the impact of this issue? Is it blocking a release? Are there any time constraints?, for example: "We have a release tomorrow")
Marking low as it needs to be done, but there is no significant impact other than people noticing that a machine which will soon no longer be accessible is still in the system.
