Customized webpage for OpenSmartCLIDE

Dear IT,

We would like to be able to create a dedicated page for SmartCLIDE with Hugo. Should you create a new repository for it? I don't mind adding a folder 'website' under the https://github.com/eclipse-opensmartclide/smartclide if it makes it happen. What is the best option? In any case, could you setup a script to build the website in staging or in production once we have pushed some new commits? Thx a lot
