Migrate domains managed in netlify to Rogers

We currently manage DNS records for a few domains via Netlify. We would like to move some of these domains to Rodgers since we are currently working on migrating our sites to our on-prem preview framework: #1978 (closed)

This is a list of domains that we currently manage via Netlify and that we should move to Rodgers. Please note that we plan on keeping adoptium, jakarta.ee and jakartaone.ee in Netlify for now:

• entrepreneurialopensource.com | entrepreneurialopensource.org | entrepreneurialopensource.net (entrepreneurialopensource.org is the main domain)
• osgi.org
• osdforum.org
• openhwgroup.org
• openmdm.org

• tangle.ee

List of domains that are staying in Netlify for now (DO NOT TOUCH THEM :):

• adoptium.net
• jakartaone.org
• jakarta.ee

As discussed with @mward, the expectation is that we can move these domains without disrupting any of our websites.
