Assign spare Renesas resource pack to the Tycho project
Summary
As part of the Eclipse IDE WG involvement. Renesas has learnt of a possible need for more resources for the Tycho project. We have a spare resource pack and we are happy to contribute this to the Tycho project as we use the output of this project. We are very happy to support this project while we have no urgent need for the resource pack ourselves.
