m2e-wtp downloads are gone

There is nothing at https://download.eclipse.org/m2e-wtp/ . No idea what/who/why removed it but it shouldn't have happened and caused removal from simrel. See https://www.eclipse.org/lists/cross-project-issues-dev/msg19324.html . Please investigate what happened.

The m2e-wtp download directory has been archived as part of the restructuring review: => eclipsefdn/emo-team/emo#308 (closed).

I've restored https://download.eclipse.org/m2e-wtp/ to unblock SimRel.

@fbricon, @mistria please move the m2e-wtp download content to the m2e download dir and update URLs in SimRel.

We may have to wait for @mistria to come back next week.

@fgurr I think we'll have to wait a bit before removing the URLs, as there are many references incoming there. In the meantime, maybe you can make this area readonly or remove permissions to update it from m2e Jenkins instance, so we're at least sure we won't publish new content there.

All write permissions for the m2e-wtp download dir have been removed.

@mistria can you give us an estimate on when the m2e-wtp directory will be moved to m2e so we can delete the old m2e-wtp dir?

you can already just archive this old directory. We'd rather not move content as there may be some products referencing older URLs.
