Please create a page repro / enable GH pages for Tycho

Tycho has recently moved to a new organization https://github.com/eclipse-tycho/

As part of this move, we'd like to have Github pages enabled and we'd like to use the "user or organization site" approach:

https://pages.github.com/#user-site

For that we need

1. a repository under the Tycho organization named 'eclipse-tycho.github.io'
2. the repository should be empty, so no readme or git ignore required

If possible it would be really cool to have a custom name for the site in the eclipse name-space e.g. tycho.eclipse.org see
