Unable to access ci.eclipse.org/releng
We are seeing Bad Gateway error while accessing releng JIPP. in the previous 30 mins, we have at lease 3 build failures with Bad gateway errors

Eclipse GitLab is currently experiencing a surge in traffic from automated processes and bots. We are investigating ways to block this traffic with minimal impact on legitimate users. Stronger measures, such as removing anonymous access, would likely be effective but would disrupt normal use. Thank you for your patience
