Eclipse CDT.cloud's Bot, CI, download instance missing "CDT" in the name

Summary

Eclipse CDT.cloud CI instance is called cloud, the bot is called eclipse-cloud-bot, and the publish location is download.eclipse.org/cloud.

Can we have CDT in that name please?

I was wondering if this happened because Eclipse CDT.cloud is one of the few (only?) projects to have a dot in its name, so on PMI it sort of looks like another level of hierarchy: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ecd.cdt.cloud
