Unable to revalidate ECA without Windows / Internet Explorer - CAPTCHA never showed up

Summary

Similar to issue #1084 (closed), I wasn't able to use the Revalidate. Only using Windows and Internet Explorer showed the CAPTCHA and therefore revalidated the PR.
