The Eclipse Theia framework wants to use @theia/monaco-editor-core@1.108.2 to be used in the project. The npm package is built from VS Code's open-source sources, and modified on the linked fork to be able to be consumed by the framework. Included are the source files of @theia/monaco-editor-core itself.
