[Eclipse CDT.cloud Restructuring Review PMI link](https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ecd.cdt-cloud/reviews/restructuring-review) Project leads and committers of the [CDT.cloud project](https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ecd.cdt-cloud) agreed that they would like to rename the project from `Eclipse CDT.cloud` to `Eclipse CDT Cloud`. The reason for this change is that .cloud is a top level domain and thus cdt.cloud implies being a valid URL. Thus, people typing this name into the browser's address bar will be directed to the URL cdt.cloud instead of a search engine looking for this term. As the project wasn't able to buy the domain cdt.cloud due to rather high cost, they would like to remove the `.` of the project name, in order to avoid this issue. URL changes are not expected (e.g. on github) nor code changes, as the `.` as part of the name is not being used in identifiers anyway.
