ecd.langium Restructuring Review

Restructuring rationale

The Project Lead would like to request a restructuring review for Eclipse Langium with the goal to extend the project scope. The team intends to add the following paragraph to the scope:

Eclipse Langium also includes a growing collection of tools for integrating domain-specific languages with AI capabilities. This allows you to optimize AI applications for generating DSL programs, automatically generate DSL implementations, or create intelligent workflows involving Langium-based DSLs. These utilities enable AI-driven applications for Langium DSLs, accelerate language engineering efforts, and facilitate more accessible DSL integrations for users.

The team already has initial implementations that they could contribute in this direction. Once the scope extension is approved by the community, they will request a new repository in the eclipse-langium GitHub org and contribute our code to the new repo.
