Eliminate the modeling project's container projects

Could we please flatten out https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling remove these intermediate projects:

Only these actual corresponding GitHub organizations exist, though in a non-functional unmaintained state:

I do not have the capacity to maintain these projects and no one is interested in maintaining them.

Of most immediate import, the existence of https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.emf/ is apparently blocking my ability to provide a site for https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.emf.emf/ which is beyond frustrating:

I am the only committer on https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.emf and it has no developer resources so it serves only to cause an immediate unsolved problem.
