Restructuring rationale

The project team is requesting a restructuring review to address the following issues:

Project teams would like to move https://github.com/eclipse-openj9/openj9-systemtest repo from OpenJ9 to Adoptium AQAvit. Please see https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-tests/issues/5163 for details.

Expected infrastructure changes

The following infrastructure changes are requested by the project team:

• move https://github.com/eclipse-openj9/openj9-systemtest repo from OpenJ9 to Adoptium AQAvit

Restructuring To-Do list

In order to implement the proposed changes, we need to complete the following:

• EMO (ED) approval
• PMC approval
• Project community informed using public channels (i.e. dev mailing list and/or forums)
• Infrastructure changes implemented
