The project team is requesting a restructuring review to address the following issues:

The project team has requested to move Eclipse ORB from its own project to a sub-project under Eclipse GlassFish. The restructuring review has been socialized with the community. See: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/orb/issues/243

Expected infrastructure changes

The following infrastructure changes are requested by the project team:

• move Eclipse ORB from its own project to a sub-project under Eclipse GlassFish
• committers from ORB, should be added to Glassfish project if not part already.

Restructuring To-Do list

In order to implement the proposed changes, we need to complete the following:

• EMO approval (if needed EMO(ED) approval eeds to be requested, e.g. some licenses changes, scope change, etc.)
• PMC approval
• Project community informed using public channels (i.e. dev mailing list and/or forums)
• Releng team informed (add @fgurr)
• IT team informed (add @webmaster)
• Infrastructure changes implemented
