CORE-V CVA6
This restructuring review will carve out the CVA6 content from the existing OpenHW CORE-V Cores project. This new project will take responsibility for a subset of the CORE-V Cores GitHub projects, and have a subset of the CORE-V Cores committers as its team of committers and project leads (as described in the proposal).
I've set a due date to September 29. We'll consider the required one week of community review completed then.
Since we're effectively making a new project, we're leveraging the project proposal/creation infrastructure to do most of the heavy lifting.
The proposal document lists the repositories that will become the responsibility of this new Eclipse open source project; those repositories will be removed from the responsibility of the OpenHW CORE-V Cores project.
