I've observed what appears to be an evolving standard of including an `AI_POLICY[.md]` file in repositories. I'm thinking that we should make it either a recommendation (preferred) or a requirement for Eclipse open source projects to also include such a file. We should provide some sort of template in the handbook. We can maybe make this a requirement when project teams request that we enable a GitHub extension for an AI provider... Let's capture out thoughts here and use the discussion as a springboard for creating more issues with specific related tasks. /cc @mdelgado624 @carmendelgado @bbaldassari2kd
