Add Context field into Claim Mapping Table

The context field can not be inserted in the moment. If nothing is given please use "defaultContext" from configuration (https://gitlab.com/gaia-x/data-infrastructure-federation-services/gxfs-integration/-/blob/main/clusters/integration/values/gxfs-portal.yaml#L37)
