Document deployment by reusing documentation of successful applications

In the wiki, on the pages

• Build Procedures
• Installation & Configuration

explain that, and how, developers (e.g., from the Gaia-X community) can practically deploy the Catalogue.

There are success stories and there is existing documentation in external places:

• IONOS
• Fraunhofer EDC/GXFS Catalogue Extension (but there the details are not yet documented)

We should do the following:

1. link to this documentation, saying this is how others have managed.
2. re-exercise what these external developers did, and understand how it worked (asking them for help as needed)
3. then, adding to our documentation those basic steps that are generally applicable and that we were able to reproduce
