Remove Release as a defined term

We effectively have two terms that mean the same thing.

Consider removing Release as a separate defined term and use Final Specification everywhere that it is used this way (i.e. “a Release”).

Note that the are three other related terms: Major Release, Minor Release, and Service Release that would be impacted by such a change.

All three of these terms are already defined in the EDP.
