Allow a ballot to be short-circuited when all eligible individuals cast their votes.

For reasons that I'll leave to history, the EFSP absolutely prohibits the duration of a ballot to be less than seven days. There is specific wording in the process document that forbids exceptions.

Individual working groups should be able to decide for themselves if they want this feature. We should take it out of the base process.
