Building "frameworks and exemplary applications/tools" is no longer a requirement
We have projects that cover a broad variety of technology areas. While many of our products to produce frameworks, some produce content in other forms including libraries (e.g., Eclipse Collections), full-blown applications (e.g., Eclipse Tradista), specifications (e.g., Jakarta), and pure documentation projects.
Suggesting that our projects produce frameworks and exemplary tools is quaint and outdated.
In documentation, we've started to refer to project content (in favour of code).
