Provide a CI template for users

Objective/Problem

Currently from documentation it is not clear entirely what are the possible ways Trustable tooling for tracking statements and scoring with validators and report generation should be integrated into the CI.

This issue is to design, document and provide with versioning templated CI/CD setups in GitLab that are called components

Definition of Done

• Documentation created for designing and distributing components with Trustable tooling
• The portal generated in this repository is done via the same components

Impact Analysis

• Worked examples created on how to integrate Trustable tooling into GitLab CI/CD
