Adhere to release requirements for release 0.1

We'll have to adhere to all release requirements, including branding and IP requirements. This includes at least the following:

• Adhere to 'Feature Blurb' requirements.
• Requirements listed in the Eclipse Project Handbook. See https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/
• Final approval for our initial contribution. See https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23534
• Ensure up-to-date project metadata.
• Ensure up-to-date IP log.
