New Connection wizard: System Type description shows as step description (top)

Description

The New Connection wizard's first step has the orderly title "Select Remote System Type". What is strange is the description, which is in fact variable. Depending on the system type selected, the description changes. In fact, that description does not describe the step, but the system type selected.

The immediate impact is surely minor as users rarely read step descriptions, but unfortunately system type descriptions show nowhere but there. So users are likely to miss system type descriptions and make a choice solely based on names.

The proper fix would be to move descriptions lower, somewhere closer to the system type list (probably at the right).
