Remote systems view shows wrong target connection status

Description

How to reproduce:

1. Create new connection(Linux system type) and connect to remote target.
2. Power off/shut-down remote target.
3. Try to browse remote system file systems.
4. Remote systems view still shows target as connected even after shut downing the remote target(See attachment)

While browsing remote file system initially RSE says message "Pending..." after some time it changes to "A time-out occurred while trying to acquire a shared resource" but it never says target is not running or up.
