ssh terminal dialog not shown in linux connection setup

Using Eclipse to cross-develop software for a Beaglebone Black (armhf). Everything works fine on Eclipse Luna, but the following problem occurs with MARS.
Using Remote System Explorer.
While going through setup for Linux Connection to remote device, the following dialog displays occur:
- Select Remote System Type (Linux)
- Connection Information ( IP and connection name )
- Files (SSH Files)
- Define Subsystem Information (processes.shell.linux)
- Define Subsystem Information (ssh.shells)
(5) In (5), the "Next" button is greyed out, preventing me from selecting a terminal. When I go into Remote view, no SSH Terminal is shown.
When I run this same sequence in Luna, the SSH Terminal Dialog box is presented and I have no problems completing my setup.
