Schema plug-in documentation not available

Description
The schema extension points are missing in org.eclipse.rse.core, which means there's no way of knowing in PDE what children are valid in the plug-in. In addition, this information is missing from the on-line Eclipse documentation for luna and kepler - in fact, you have to go back to juno to find documentation on what is part of the plug-in:

(It may be caused by the org.eclipse.rse.doc.isv is not on the Eclipse update sites)
