Creating "C/C++ Remote Application" debug configuration hangs Eclipse

Description

I am running Luna SR1 RC2.

Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers

Version: Luna Service Release 1 (4.4.1)
Build id: 20140904-0321

Just simply attempting to create a new "C/C++ Remote Application" debug configuration hangs the entire Eclipse IDE, need to kill the process and restart it.
