Browse local file in Remote Systems view reports "Operation failed. File system input or output error"

Description

1. Open a workbench with RSE installed, and in Remote Systems view, there's a default local connection.
2. Expand Local Files -> My Home -> My Documents, nothing listed but an exception report as "Operation failed. File system input or output error".
3. And also some folders I even can't open in windows explorer with current authority appears under My Home, such as "NetHood", "PrintHood", "SendTo", etc., also report same exception.

Right click on the folder -> New -> File, and input a file name, the file can be created and can be found in "My Documents" folder by window explorer.
