Juno RSE keep disconnecting in SSH but Ganymede is fine

I was using Ganymede but recently upgraded to Juno for HTML 5 support.
I configured a SSH connection on both Eclipse using the same information.
If I open a file to edit it, leave Eclipse alone for 2-3 min, then come back and edit the file and Save, Juno give me a error:
RSEF1002
Message reported from file system: java.io.IOException: Pipe closed
then I need to disconnect and reconnect
but Ganymede is fine.
as far as I know both configuration are the same, i even try to set the timeout to 30 sec with Juno without success.
