[releng] RSE features in the about dialog don't have the "@build@" filled in

- Choose Help > About > Installation Details > Features
- Select an RSE Feature.
In the feature description, the "@build@" variable is not filled in.
If I'm not mistaken, this must be filled in in the branding plugins.
