## Summary When opening a Titan project in VSCode, all the files are getting excluded regardless if it were included earlier. The `settings.json` seems to be edited randomly by the extension. This confuses the users, as well as, continuously generates diffs on projects that versioning the mentioned file too. /cc @aknappqwt @mmagyari
