Git commit id in generated headers

Summary

For dev and nightly builds it would be nice to have the git commit id in the headers of the generated files to be able to simply identify which version was used during the compilation. The following places should contain the git commit id:

• source code headers
• makefiles
• generated skeletons of test ports
