Support Dynamic Matching, as specified in "Advanced Matching", ES 203 022, 5.1 (https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_es/203000_203099/203022/01.04.01_60/es_203022v010401p.pdf#page=8)

I tried this with Titan 7.2 and it did not recognize the syntax.
