Selective code splitting support

The selective code splitting feature needs to be supported in the plugins as well. Some tasks to complete:

• UI update to control the feature
  • Project properties update
  • Toggle menu option in the pop-up menu
  • File properties update
• Handling TPDs
• Updating the makefile generation
