Refactoring class hierarchy of Types (eliminating `ASN1Type`)
ASN1Type is a technical class to not to implement the getLikelyLocation() function in many subclasses that comes from the IASN1Type interface. However, as the Java version is uplifted to 1.8, it is possible to have a default implementation of this function in the interface.
