quickly build the config file into the binary before execution

Description
On the Java side of the toolset the build time is so fast, it might enable features that the C side could not offer.
For example if the project is already compiled and the user starts and execution with some configuration file: it would be possible to create a temporal copy of compiled code, where the module parameter settings from the actual config file are automatically inserted in the code ... turning a module parameter value statically known (just like constants) ... enabling much more runtime optimizations.
This could help improve the startup time of projects signifficantly, since effectively all code executed before the first message arrives, could be calculated in compilation time ... taking a heavy load from execution time.
