Description
The TTCN-3 IDE of TITAN might benefit from adding a new feature, that automatically logsin great detail the user's interaction with the IDE. (for example: semantic checking frequency, duration, code completion contexts, menus invoked, preference pages visited, etc...) Sending this data for processing would need user approval !
This way developers of the toolset would have a much more precise understanding of what features are actually used. Which features offers good solutions and which offer solutions that are rejected by the user. This information could be used to improve the behaviour of parts with sub-optimal usage, optimize the code for actual real-world usage patterns and hopefully add new features that make the users life even better.
