Disappearing issues

Hi, I opened two issues I noticed when trying to get SIP_ETSI running but they seem to have disappeared:

• https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/titan/titan.misc/-/issues/22
• https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/titan/titan.misc/-/issues/23

Were they deleted or is the GitLab instance buggy?
